1. Rental Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid government-issued driver's license. Proof of rideshare or delivery activity may be required for gig-eligible vehicles.
2. Deposit & Payments
A security deposit of $300 is required prior to key pickup. Weekly and daily rates are due as agreed at the time of reservation. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Credit / Debit cards, Apple Pay.
3. Insurance
Insurance is not required to rent a vehicle. Renters with active personal or rideshare auto insurance may upload proof during the intake process. Prefer coverage from us? Add our optional third-party insurance for $$25 per day at checkout.
4. Out-of-State Travel
Contact us first for approval. Travel across state lines must be cleared in advance.
5. Vehicle Use & Condition
The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, reasonable wear excepted. The renter is responsible for any damage, tolls, or citations incurred during the rental period.
